The Seago 230 SL is the smallest tender available with a wooden slatted floor and transom.  It is traditionally shaped with cone sponsons and made from lightweight UV stabilised PVC.  Incredibly light and sold with a handy carry bag there is plenty of room for 2 people and a small 4HP outboard motor.
